Returns & Exchange
Returned merchandise must be complete in the and original manufacturer's
packaging, and be in the same condition as sold, with any and all
literature, instructions, and documentation.
Refunds:
Returned items, including defective products (see the excptions noted below), may be
replaced or exchanged for credit against future purchases.
Return period:
| 14 days for all media, except as
listed below. |
No returns on:
- Special Order merchandise (unless defective - see next bullet).
- Inkjet paper, believed to be defective or out of
specification must be returned to the
manufacturer or the manufacturer's distributor. Some Distrubtors ship replacemnt product directly to you, while others insist that we to do it.

No returns will be
accepted without an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) Number. Email
returns@inkjetsoln.com for
an RMA Number.

Returned merchandise
must be in "like new" condition. Items that show signs of
damage or wear, may not be retuned.

We are not responsible for
personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

If any of the above
conditions are not met, Southwest Inkjet Solutions reserves the right
to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%,
at our sole discretion.

Inspect your purchase
carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received
within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Rebate information is
provided for informational purposes only and does not promise or
imply eligibility to receive the rebate.

Southwest Inkjet
Supply Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not
transferable. They may not be redeemed for cash, and they will not
be replaced if lost or stolen.
